ISTD BALLET MODERN & TAP

BALLET

FTD Dance Centre offers extensive ballet training following the ISTD syllabus. Ballet is the foundation of all dance studies building strngth and developing posture. Students from a young age will learn about balance, coordination, presence and grace.

Our ballet classes commence from 2 years.

MODERN

Modern dance is a combination of contemporary, jazz and ballet styles and is offered as another technical dance option for children.

FTD modern dance classes follow the ISTD syllabus and help develop flexibility, coordination, rhythm and posture.

TAP

Tap is a great class for children to learn about rhythm, coordination and timing. FTD tap classes follow the ISTD syllabus. Tap focusses on learning single tap steps to produce a series of combinations. We strive to produce clean tap sounds with each step.
