By using fittodance.co.uk you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect from your first use of fittodance.co.uk
FIT TO DANCE Ltd reserves the right to change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of fittodance.co.uk after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
English law governs this agreement and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
For the purposes of this agreement, “content” means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and audio, published on fittodance.co.uk whether copyright fittodance.co.uk, its affiliate schools or a third party.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use fittodance.co.uk content in any way except for non-commercial personal or educational use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any fittodance.co.uk content except for non-commercial personal or educational use. Any other use of fittodance.co.uk content requires the prior written permission of the Fit to Dance LTD
You agree to use fittodance.co.uk only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of fittodance.co.uk.
The names, images and logos identifying the fittodance.co.uk affiliate schools or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of the fittodance.co.uk, affiliate schools and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the fittodance.co.uk, affiliate schools or any other third party.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on specific sections of the website, then the latter shall prevail.
Fit To Dance LTD content, is provided “as is” without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
Fittodance ltd will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising from or in connection with the use of fittodance.co.uk
FTD LTD does not warrant that functions contained in fittodance.co.uk content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that fittodance.co.uk or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
You can access other sites via links from www.fittodance.co.uk. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible in anyway for their contents.
All classes are payable per term or half term in advance on or before the dates marked in red. Only in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement are fees accepted later than the agreed date. A 20% fee will be added to your invoice if payment is late.
As our costs are fixed, fees remain payable in cases of absence. There are no reductions for sickness holidays or any other outside commitments.
Notice will only be accepted by written notice forms available at reception. Notice times are clearly marked on the term fee forms and will only be accepted from those dates. Notice payment is required if your child attends classes or not.
Fit to Dance Ltd has the right to charge interest if fees or notice fees are not paid on time.
Legal action will be sought if fees/notice fees remain unpaid.
Physical contact maybe necessary when helping to demonstrate or correct
Children should arrive promptly, correctly dressed and attend classes regularly
Children under 8 years old are not allowed to leave the studio unless accompanied by an adult
Please inform your teacher of any injuries before class
It is important to drink fluids at regular intervals during physical exercise, please pack water for your child.
Asthma pumps must be handed to the class teacher at the commencement of class.
During class, children are expected to listen and we discourage unnecessary talking. If a child is causing disruption, they will be asked to leave their lesson and we will not refund.
FTD Dance Centre reserves the right to change fees or timetable without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform parents and carers of any changes as soon as possible
Only once the required standard is attained will students be put forward for examinations
FTD Dance Centre does not accept the responsibility for items lost or stolen although anything we do find will be placed in lost property.
Fees are non-refundable
